Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in participating in the SpectruMed “Find My XERF” Giveaway. These Terms and Conditions govern the “Promo” organized by SpectruMed Inc. By participating, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

  1. Eligibility of Participants and Legal Age Requirement:
    The SpectruMed Find My XERF Giveaway (“Promo”) is open to all legal residents of and are currently living or based in the Philippines, aged twenty-one (21) years old and above at the time of participation.
  2. Promo Period:
    The Promo shall run from October 5, 2026 to November 15, 2026 only. Entries submitted outside the stated period shall not be considered valid.
  3. Promo Mechanics:
    To qualify for the Promo, participants must complete the following within the Promo Period:

HOW TO JOIN

Option 1

  • Find the XERF Bus in BGC
  • Take a photo with the XERF Bus
  • Upload on Facebook or Instagram with the hashtag #FindMyXERF
  • Follow and Tag SpectruMed (Instagram @spectrumedinc / Facebook spectrumedinc) and your preferred XERF Clinic.

Option 2

  • Scan the QR code on the official Promo post.
  • Find the nearest clinic and take a photo of the XERF Sticker
  • Upload photo on Facebook or Instagram with the hashtag #FindMyXERF
  • Follow and Tag SpectruMed (Instagram @spectrumedinc / Facebook spectrumedinc) and the XERF Clinic where the XERF sticker was found.

Entries must comply with ALL stated mechanics to be deemed valid.

  1. Prizes

    One (1) winner will be selected and will take home the pink MacBook Neo.

    Prize/s are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.

    Winner may not choose the color of the MacBook Neo.  

  2. Announcement of Winners

    Winner will be announced on November 16. 2026 via SpectruMed stories

  3. Claiming of Prizes:
    Winners shall be notified via direct message through their social media accounts. Winners must respond within one (1) week or seven (7) days from notification and provide complete and accurate details for prize fulfillment. Failure to respond within the specified period shall result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

    Depending on the location of the winner, prize may be picked up at the SpectruMed office (if winner lives within Metro Manila and nearby provinces) or shipped to the winner’s location. SpectruMed will not be liable for any damage or loss during the shipping process.

  4. Participant Conduct and Disqualification:

    7a. Fails to comply with the Promo mechanics;

    7b. Submits fraudulent, offensive, or inappropriate content; or

    7c. Engages in any conduct that may compromise the fairness or integrity of the Promo.

  5. Rights and Publicity:
    By participating in this Promo, participants grant SpectruMed Inc. and its brand affiliates the right to use their name, social media handle, and submitted entries for promotional and marketing purposes without further notice or compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
  6. Data Privacy:
    All personal information collected shall be used solely for the administration of this Promo and shall be processed in accordance with applicable data privacy laws and regulations.
  7. Limitation of Liability:
    By participating, participants agree to release and hold harmless SpectruMed Inc., and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to participation in the Promo or acceptance and use of the prize.
  8. Amendments:
    SpectruMed Inc. reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promo and/or these Terms and Conditions at their sole discretion, without prior notice, in the event of circumstances beyond their control.
